We are a dedicated team of business-minded creatives and outdoor enthusiasts, based in both South Lake Tahoe, CA, and Kauai, HI.
Since 2012, we’ve been renting & selling paddleboards, merch, and everything in between from our flagship location in South Lake Tahoe CA. Realizing we had all of the skills, knowledge, and most importantly the drive between us as a team, we spent the best part of 2020 designing and creating our very own board brand, Dax Board Co.
Our proximity to such incredible parts of the natural world forms the starting point for each and every new design, with the beauty of our home environment serving to inspire and reaffirm our commitment to crafting quality products that are both built to last and designed for exploration.

I was born and raised in South Lake Tahoe. Being in nature, especially around water, recharges my soul. That’s how we came up with our mantra: “Explore and restore”. After running our paddleboard shop for the past 10 years, I have a great sense of what people want. We’re super excited to have our own board brand and even more excited to be working with the best team in the business to help realize the vision for Dax.

My goal with Dax is simple: to develop a high-quality brand based on our customer needs, with products that are lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. I’m looking forward to the journey and next steps of developing Dax Board Company into something truly special.
